In this project, Students created rainforest animal prints with the animal of their choice. Students traced images of rainforest animals and then created foam printing plates using the traced drawing. Students created a first layer of prints and then cut out pieces of their foam printing plates to create different layers that they then printed on top of the initial prints. Students developed knowledge of layers, contrast, and complenetary colors.
